This requires a read magic spell or a successful Spellcraft check (DC 20 + spell level). This is spelled out in the PHB section on Targets (p. 204, bold added): Unless a spell has a perceptible effect, a creature might not know it was targeted by a spell at all. WebA scrying sensor would be one such as created by the Arcane Eye or Clairvoyance spell. For a creature that has True Seeing cast on them, that would be a divination spell targeting them, not the creature with Nondetection. Note that it says targeted by divination magic or percieved through magical scrying sensors.
