WebBasically I found that the fixer and the handmade are basically the same. Both kill super mutants with about 4 head VATS shots. Same with the cold shoulder shotgun. These are all just as effective as each other if you run through WestTek. But you can hold fire outside VATS and still be pretty accurate with the handmade.
