This makes the snow buildup patchy. With cliffs being updated, original snow mechanics need addressed. WebLakes are added to the terrain after the snow layer. Same way we get floating grass, ferns, flowers, and trees. Snow bridges can exist in the real world, and are a danger when walking across ice fields as they can hide deep chasms.
