My parents are with Flogas and have had the same issues with auto top ups, they are in N Wales and waited over two weeks for a delivery having had to ring several times as they were approaching 5%, they were promised delivery but again they were cancelled due to driver shortages. WebFlogas fawley are run by a good management team however that's where the benefits stop. Underpaid for ADR work in the gas industry & the 4 on 2 off shift system is a nightmare if you value any social life. 4 weekends off in 6 months doesn't leave much of a work life balance. You will be doing 12+ hours a day in winter.
