The enterainment are is about 3 meters by 6 meters and the left side is open to have access to the kitchen. It would seem that a down firing is sending output in all directions - to the sides and the rear - and resultant interactions and add'l reflections with the front wall, equipment to the sides. Vehicle shape, space, and what your bounching the sound off will all come into play.
