WebMar 8, 2024 · The recommended dosage of GEMZAR is 1250 mg/m 2 intravenously over 30 minutes on Days 1 and 8 of each 21-day cycle in combination with paclitaxel 175 mg/m 2 administered as a 3-hour intravenous infusion on Day 1 before GEMZAR administration. Refer to paclitaxel prescribing information for additional information. Dosage Modifications For injection: 200 mg gemcitabine or 1 g gemcitabine as a sterile white to off-white lyophilized powder in a single-dose vial for reconstitution.
