WebSetup done Session-based Authentication with the template. I am using packetfence in arp mode and works fine with registration of nodes and violations. Autentication is local (planning to migrate to radius accounting). I would like to use packetfence as a captive portal in order to autenticate users before give them acces to internet. WebpfSense, PacketFence, Untangle, or ClearOS for captive portal with AD/FreeRadius abilities I would like to implement a captive portal that can be integrated with Active Directory/FreeRadius. The network setup is a lyr 3 switch with 4 vlans and some lyr 2 switches that provide one of each vlans.
