WebJan 5, 2013 · Suffering Bastard Cocktail. Ingredients. 1 ounce bourbon. 1 ounce gin. 1 ounce fresh lime juice. 1 dash Angostura bitters. 4 ounces chilled ginger ale. Pour ingredients into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass and top with ginger ale, adding more ice if needed. Garnish with a sprig of mint or an orange slice. WebSHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain ice-filled glass/mug charged with half the ginger beer. TOP with rest of ginger beer. 1 fl oz. Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac. 1 fl oz. Rutte Dry Gin. 2/3 fl oz. Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice) 1/3 fl oz.
