Like others have said, if you run it though your oil I wouldn't think you would want to keep it in there for too much longer than say a couple of hundred miles or a few days.

That being said, If you are changing your oil regularly and not experiencing having any issues you probably have nothing to gain by using seafoam in your engine. It probably wont hurt. But my opinion is if its not broke don't fix it.
